Archery aquavit
Archery is an aquavit created in collaboration with the Homeland Security Department, Archery, who wanted their own aquavit. They were allowed to try different types of aquavit until they found a flavor profile they liked. In addition to traditional aquavit spices, we have used blueberries and rowanberries for a forest flavor, as well as strawberry shortcake for a fun twist. This results in a round and nice aquavit that has several uses.
