Whiskey Peat & Sherry batch 2
Batch no. 2 of peat & sherry whisky. This has a more smoky taste than batch no. 1. One of the reasons for this is that some of the malt, which is self-produced, is dried with the help of peat from Sykkylven, before it is smoked. (an earlier tradition from Scotland where they dried the malt with peat to stop the germination process).
Taste of sherry, raisins, barrel tones, malt, red berries, smoke.
